  • Welcome to the official website of the Club Penguin Rangers! This growing army, formed in 2007, is full of wonderful people, from our brilliant leaders to our brave and strong soldiers. Our main goal is to protect Club Penguin from the evil armies. The Rangers were created by 321fishpop, and were then commanded by Ktman. We believe that penguins deserve free will to do what they want without the hostile armies getting in the way, and to have fun snowball fights! Click HERE to join the Rangers!

Defensive Formations/Pinpoint Bombardment

The CPR is not a large army.  While we continue to grow, we still do not have the bulk of armies such as IW and ACP.  Therefore, we must have superior tactics.  When defending, we will either form a tight wall of soldiers, or be more spread out.  Both tactics will be organized.  When defending a corner in the room, for example, the bottom left hand corner of the snowforts, it is vital that the line DOES NOT BREAK.  Under no circumstances should the line be broken, unless you are ordered differently.  In the event of a charge, it is important that every individual soldier stands their ground FIRMLY, and NOT A STEP BACKWARDS.  When we are defending against a charge, the individual soldier must stay in place, and when the order is given, CPR will simultaniously do a counter charge.  For instance, if ACP tries to Joke Bomb us in a charge, we are to quickly press the Popcorn emote.  However, wait until the enemy has broken through our ranks.  When they have, we will then ambush them with our emote counter.

Pinpoint Barrages are quite simple.  An officer shouts out a target, for instance, “BPA FORMATION! TOP OF THE PAGE!”  Then, all soldiers are to aim their snowball cursor on the target given.  A countdown will then be given, and then all troops are to fire ONCE, unless they are instructed to fire multiple tines.  The command, “FIRE!” is the command for CPR to begin the barrage.  If a second barrage is needed, than the officer will call out the target again and then commence a countdown.  When “FIRE!” is said, all soldiers are to press their mouse and fire.

All these tactics will be practiced at the next Practice Battle.
